Why Well-being Isn’t About the Extremes!

In this solo episode, I talk about stripping back what wellness means and how we achieve it. I also talk about how you may feel now vs how you wish to feel. Working towards wellbeing can sometimes get caught up in needing to go to extreme measures, but for most of us that isn’t  needed. Achieving long term wellbeing is about moderation and the slow burn, creating habits, meaningful change and showing up for yourself daily - It's not about a quick fix. It's not glamorous, it's hard work. But it's so worth it, you're so worth it!

Wellbeing can look like having positive emotions, having good relationships, having meaning in your life and accomplishing your goals.
