The 8 Steps to "Happiness"

In today's episode I wanted to share with you the steps I take my clients through and the things I work on in my programs to support people to live big full aligned lives!  I have called it the 5 steps to happiness but happiness is really not the full picture!  There is so much more to living a good life than just feeling happy! Happiness can be fleeting and what we really want to be is thriving! Able to ride the ups and downs, face challenges, learn and grow through all of life on the journey towards our dreams!  So I unpack the steps in this episode!
