Wellbeing Education and Big Life Changes with Meg Durham

May 21, 2021

This week on The Rural Rockstar Podcast I had the pleasure of speaking with one of my dearest friends and mentors, Meg. Meg and I first met five years ago while both attending a women’s event in a small regional town- I gravitated towards her almost instantly- she captivated me with everything she spoke about relating to wellbeing and mindfulness.

In our episode with Meg today she shares with us her childhood dream of becoming a teacher- something most everyone could pick up from her almost instantly. As she aged, this dream didn’t die off, but became stronger, so Meg went out and got her formal education to be a teacher.
